As of Cisco IOS 12.2(8)T, a SIP ALG will be enabled when NAT is enabled on a Cisco router. While normally SIP ALGs cause problems with OnSIP Hosted PBX, the Cisco SIP ALG functions correctly and does not need to be disabled.
