Getting Started with My.OnSIP.com
Where is it?
my.OnSIP is located at my.onsip.com
How do I log in to my.onSIP.com?
To log in to your my.OnSIP user interface, each user will need their unique SIP address and Portal/login password. Please Note: this is NOT your SIP password.
If you do not know your SIP address, you will have to go to the admin interface.
- Log into admin.onsip.com.
- Click on ‘Users’
- Find the person’s name in the list and click on the name.
- Under the "Maintenance" section click on "Reset and Email Portal Password." This will email the user their SIP address and portal password and give them the URL for my.onsip.com.
OR
If you already know your SIP address, go to my.OnSIP.com. Type in your SIP address, and click the button 'Send my Password.' A new password will be sent to the email registered to that address immediately.
