Changing User Passwords

How do I change my password to my.onsip.com?

If you can log in to my.onsip.com as the user, click the preferences icon in the upper left corner. A Change Password dialog is available, along with the ability to change E911 locations, contact information, voice mailbox options and caller-id.

If the password is unknown, the user can go to the OnSIP website and click the Forgot Password link. The login is the user's SIP address.

Both admins and users can use their SIP Address as their username when logging into OnSIP or my.OnSIP.com.
