What Do You Need to Get Started?

In order to utilize the OnSIP service, you will need a broadband connection, SIP-based IP phones and an e-mail address for each of your users.

Before you get started, you should also do some planning.

1. Who are your users?
2. What extension will each user have?
3. Will you have hunt groups? If so, which users will be in each hunt group?
4. Will you have an attendant menu? If so, what will your call flow be?
