What happens if my auto-refill credit card transaction fails?
If we cannot process your auto-refill due to a credit card processing issue, we will send an email titled "Junction Networks Auto-Refill Failure Report" to the email address we have on record for the Account Administrator. This is the only notification you will receive.
It is important to keep in mind that when your PSTN (Prepaid) balance falls to $0.00, you will not receive calls or be able to make calls to/from the PSTN.
We all have instances when our credit cards do not work - expiration, change of address, etc. Please choose a minimum threshold for your Auto-Refill setting taking this into consideration. We have many customers that temporarily cannot receive or make calls due to simple credit card issues.
