Adding and Updating your Credit Card
Only Account Administrators will be able to access and update the credit card information that is on file. If you would like to put a credit card on file or update the one that is there, please follow these instructions.
Step 1. Navigate to the Account tab and select the ‘Update credit card on record’ link below the Credit Card Info heading. (If you are adding a credit card for the first time, the link will say ‘Add a credit card’)
Step 2. Enter the information of the credit card that you would like to place on file for your OnSIP account. Make sure that the name, billing address and phone number that you enter is an EXACT match to the information that is on file with your credit card company in order to avoid future billing problems.
Step 3. Click on the ‘Save’ link in the lower right corner to save the information.
