Invoicing and Billing for Packages and Features

Packages and Features are invoiced and charged in advance on the monthly anniversary date of your subscription to OnSIP, the first month being free of charge. You can view your billable packages and features by navigating to the Account tab, and clicking on the Configure account packages link underneath the Packages heading.

Here, the current OnSIP package that you subscribed to is conveniently displayed, along with any outstanding balance that is currently due.

Each month, on the anniversary date of your subscription, you will be invoiced and charged for your active packages and features. So, if you signed up on June 8, you will be invoiced and charged on the 8th of every following month starting in July, covering service for the upcoming month.

Each month, you will receive an emailed invoice listing all of the OnSIP features that you are currently subscribed to, as well as the total monthly cost incurred. You will also receive an emailed receipt of the credit card transaction.
