Removing Packages and Features

You can remove features and packages at any time. Billing for features will stop when you delete the feature. Be sure to confirm that billing for the feature you deleted is stopped by navigating to the Account tab and clicking on 'Configure account packages'. Confirm that the 'used' column next to the feature you deleted reflects the correct count.

To stop billing for a package, you must change your account to ‘À la carte’ and remove all features that are billed from your account.

To remove a package:

Step 1. Navigate to the Account tab and click on the "Configure account packages" link under the Packages heading.

Step 2. Select ‘À la carte’ from the drop down menu.

Step 3. Click 'Save' at the bottom corner of the page. You will see the package name change under the Packages heading on the left side of the screen.

Step 4. You MUST remove all features that are now showing as used or you will continue to be billed for each feature in use at the ‘À la carte’ rate.
