Billing For Features Added to a Package
Whether or not you are signed up for a package you can always add individual features. If you would like to add a feature that is not a part of a package you chose, add that feature to your account through the Apps or Resources tabs.
For example, if you would like to add an Inbound Bridge to your account, and you are subscribed to the SoHo Package, simply create a new Inbound Bridge through the Apps tab. You will see this new application added to your future invoice by going to the Accounts tab, and clicking on the ‘Configure account packages’ link. In the ‘Configure Packages’ box, you will see the number ‘1’ under the ‘Used’ column, next to Inbound Bridge Address, and ‘$1.95’ in the Cost column. The monthly total that you owe will increase according to how many extra features you add to your account. In this case, the total will change to ‘$41.90’, the cost reflecting the sum of the package and the additional Inbound Bridge ($39.95 + $1.95). This is the new monthly cost that is due.
