Adding OnSIP Packages
Step 1. Navigate to the Account tab and click on the ‘Configure account packages’ link located under the Packages heading.

Step 2. In the ‘Configure Packages’ box on the right side of the screen, click on the dropdown menu and select the package that you would like to view. (Clicking on the package will show you how many of each feature come with that package. You will not be charged for that package if you click on it in the dropdown menu. Use this as a convenient way to compare each of the packages OnSIP has to offer.)

Once you select a package, you will see how many features come standard with it- that information is located under the Package column. So, for example, if you chose the Medium Biz Package, you would see that you can have up to five announcements, ten auto-attendant menus, one dial-by-name directory…etc. The monthly cost for subscribing to this package is found at the bottom of the graph- in the case of the Medium Biz package, the cost would be $199.95/month.
Step 3. Choose the package that best fits your needs. Do this by selecting the OnSIP package that you want from the dropdown menu. Then, click on the ‘Save’ link at the bottom right corner of the box. That will change your selected package- you will know you have done this correctly when you see the package that you want listed under the Packages heading.
