User Portal

The OnSIP User's Portal shows all of the settings associated with an individual user. To log into the User Portal, go to http://www.onsip.com and choose 'Account Login' from the top of the page. Enter your OnSIP Username (Auth User ID) and login password (your login password is not the same as your VOIP password.)

Most of the settings for a user are set by the account administrator. For example:

My SIP Address

The SIP address that can be used to call your phone directly via the Internet.

My Extensions

Your direct extension

My Groups

Any calling groups you belong to

My Registrations

Any phones currently registered as you

My Phone Configuration

Your phone username and passwords

My Call Summary

Your recent calls

My Inbound Call Preferences

How OnSIP handles inbound calls to you

To make changes to any of the above settings, you must contact your account administrator.

However, you do have access to the following settings:

My Voicemail
My Outbound Call Preferences
