Extended Dialing

Extended International Dialing allows you to make calls outside of the Standard Calling Area to most international destinations.

In order to place calls to the Extended International Calling Area, please download, complete and submit the following forms.

IMPORTANT: We must receive both completed forms before we can enable Extended International Dialing.

• Extended International Dialing Form
• Authorization to Charge Credit Card

Once our Support Team receives your paperwork, we will verify your billing information and enable extended international dialing for you.

To enable Extended Dialing through the interface, log in to Junction Networks and click on the 'Account' tab. Submit the form after you click on:

* Enable international dialing

The reason for this policy is that we do not want customers to be surprised by some of the international rates. For example: A call to an Australian land line is billed at $0.029 (2.9c), but a call to an Australian cell phone is billed at $0.3988 (39c). That's a huge difference and we want our customers to be aware of the potential cost issues. Secondly, it's a security issue in that some companies do not want their employees to make International calls. You can turn on/off extended dialing on a user-by-user basis.
