Welcome to the OnSIP Knowledgebase

The Junction Networks' OnSIP Admin Portal is where you add your Users, put the users into Groups and enable advanced call applications including Attendant Menus, Dial By Name Directories, Groups, and many other features. This section contains information regarding these features including setup, and troubleshooting information.

Firefox 2, Firefox 3, Safari 3, IE 7

The following browsers have known issues and may NOT work with admin.onsip.com:

• Opera 9.x and earlier
