Junction Networks is looking for an Online Marketing Associate to promote and administer the company’s presence throughout the public and on the Internet. The Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous circulation of the company’s name and products throughout various markets, including the Web and other traditional points of contact.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven marketing experience for a technology/Internet service.

Position:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be a primary point of contact for customers setting up and using our Internet-based services.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer issues via phone and a Salesforce
• Research customer issues and report solution back to customer
• Use online collaboration tools to solve customer issues
• Understand VoIP and the telecom industry enough to answer pre-sales questions
• Write occasional entries on the Junction Networks blog
• Manage and Maintain the Toll Free RESPORG (TF Number Porting) process from beginning to end

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience in general business
• 3-5 years of proven technical support experience with a focus on VOIP, Internet products and services and a thorough understanding of the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.

• Superior business and relationship building skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

The candidate must have a strong background in technology but, more importantly, have excellent phone rapport and writing skills. The candidate must have a blend of business and technical savvy and be comfortable working directly with technical engineering teams. Junction Networks seeks a Webmaster for full time employment

Position:

We are looking for a Webmaster who will manage all marketing and customer websites.

Responsibilities:

• Webmaster – deploy, update and manage multiple public and customer facing websites
• Assist marketing team with the development and deployment of new content
• Manage our CMS infrastructure
• Optimize sites for search engines
• Work with outside graphic designers on new content ideas
• Modify and manage CSS as needed
• Monitor traffic and work with marketing to increase signup conversion ratios and overall traffic to websites.

Requirements:

• You must be a skilled and experienced webmaster
• Experience with Drupal CMS or other relevant Content Management Solution
