We are currently experiencing one-way audio on all inbound phone calls. Outbound calls are unaffected. We are currently tracking the issue.

Update: 9:33am
The issue appears concentrated on a single provider. It appears it is our NYC provider who provides us with inbound calls in the 212, 908, 914 (NY/NJ area) area codes. We are working diligently with the provider to resolve the issue.
We cannot re-route the calls away from that provider without a full LNP (which takes weeks.)
Outbound calls are unaffected.
Inbound calls to areas outside of NY/NJ are unaffected.
Toll-free inbound calls are unaffected.
Update: 10:11am - Issue Resolved
Issue resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. Two-way audio is restored to all inbound calls.
