Emergency Database Maintenance

Due to a database issue experienced at around 7:30pm EST on 2/17/2008, emergency maintenance was performed on the main database server at around 11:30pm EST. The main database server was taken out of service and completely replaced. That physical server will undergo an off-line evaluation prior to being placed back in service.

Both the main and backup database are back online and all services have been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
